Our chef will divide you into 3 groups and coach you to prepare a 3-course menu that you will send at mealtime that evening.

Our cellar is full of old vintages including our oldest bottles dating from 1890 with a Cantenac Brown appellation Margaux, followed by a Laffite-Rotschild 1891 appellation Pauillac and many prestigious wines from the beginning of the last century.
